Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “BUY IT NOW” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel or modify it.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style and size then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

What materials does Limking use?

First, we hate crap! We cut on margins to make sure we deliver you high-quality products using premium materials.

Our products’s material include 35% Cotton – 65% Polyester. They are made soft for comfort and are known for their quality, durability, and great look so you can feel the vibe when you wear them!

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. We also accept any Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (using Secure Checkout: Stripe). We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time. 

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Every single item on Limking is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and  make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

International buyers! – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Shipping to the following countries may take over 50 days for certain products:

South Africa, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania, and French Polynesia.

Important note for all orders ship to Mexico, all countries in Africa and South-America

Please be informed that all orders shipped to Mexico and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde, …) and countries in South America ( Peru, Chile, Argentina, …) usually take 2-3 months to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.

All items except for our beautiful and personalized shirts & hoodies cannot be shipped to the following countries: Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, Montenegro, Syria, Kuwait, Georgia, North Korea, Jordan, Ecuador and Morocco.*

We’d love to see your incredible design and print it for you! A minimum of shirts, pillow covers, shoes or saddle bags is required by design in order to be printed.
